Inspiring, dedicated, intelligent, people all working together towards a common goal. Great culture, fun atmosphere, fantastic customers and amazing products. All in all just a great place to go to work.

Cons

The company has been growing significantly and elevating the standard. All of this change has caused an increase in turnover.

An Ingenious product line combined with a company that truly cares.The continuing progress to become the best in their field is refreshing. Being respected and inspired by Upper Management is a constant reminder of what a great company Lovesac is to work with. From the Regionals to CEO to the Founder they work with and develope each of us to aspire to our greatest potential.

Basically get to work alone Lots of independence when not a lot is going on Lots of hours available if you want them

Cons

Making minimum wage is not worth it for what you do Lots of mad customers because communication is awful Very inconsistent with rules No commission made, so no motivation to sell (minimum wage regardless)
