Amazing, versatile product. Founder genuinely believes in the future of the company.

Cons

Despite being a cesspool of chauvanism and favoritism, corporate retail management HAD our backs. There was always a sense of camaraderie and "family". Recently, it has devolved into psychological games, unethical behavior, and blatant lies. Company-wide e-mails are shamelessly offense and written with juvenile vocabulary. Any complaints to HR are fruitless, nothing is confidential, and the individual is obviously threatened or has their palm greased for upper management's benefit and previously mentioned unethical behavior.

The hierarchy of retail is inexperienced, uneducated, and completely ridden with favoritism. If you aren't liked for any reason, you will be fired without warning - and someone else who doesn't deserve anything will get more money or a better position. Through my years at the company I've watched a certain group of favorites all shed their retail title and move to the HQ. The one HR person brushes everything under the rug for fear of job loss. Hypocrisy, shadiness, and lying are only a few of this company's issues. Luckily, it won't be long until it completely falls flat on it's face, or is taken over by investors/another company and all of these ingrates are fired.

Fun environment, interesting product line and the pay is decent.

Cons

Upper level management seems to be unable or unwilling to motivate and inspire. Product pricing is confusing to customers. Difficult to get the product to the customers in a timely manner. Consistently out of stock on popular items. All of the "war" lingo seems counter productive. "We're gonna kill the sales." Murder the customer's" "Slaughter the numbers."
