An Ingenious product line combined with a company that truly cares.The continuing progress to become the best in their field is refreshing. Being respected and inspired by Upper Management is a constant reminder of what a great company Lovesac is to work with. From the Regionals to CEO to the Founder they work with and develope each of us to aspire to our greatest potential.

The furniture is great, the majority of people I know who work for the company are genuine and want to see the very best results come out in building a strong foundation for growth.

Cons

Needs more organization and better training of staff.

A great concept, fun in-store culture, and close-knit team environment are shining qualities for this furniture retailer. Corporate management was very creative and communicated well with the stores through on a regular basis. Many customers loved the LoveSac concept as it was quite the shift from what you'd typically see in a mall retail environment.

Cons

Operations model for business was a bit flawed as the company filed chapter 13 bankruptcy protection to reorganize their business. Customer perceptions of the product were sometimes misconstrued which made it difficult to sell. Corporate management sometimes seemed to lack a focus and expertise in respect to the overall direction of the company making it difficult to ensure future prospects with the company.
