Pros

Product is amazing and life changing. Employees at lower levels are fantastic. In store environment drives sales and is the single best part of the company.

Cons

Executives/Directors constantly swings and misses. Processes and procedures are all implemented as a reaction to something going wrong. Rarely is does something come through that isn't the result of the company getting burned (lawsuit, threat of lawsuit, etc..) Very little growth potential. Pay structure is completely out of balance (person A can make SIGNIFICANTLY less than person B while doing the same job). Communication is very poor. Very rarely does the right hand know what the left hand is doing. Operations/logistics is awful. Core product is routinely back ordered for MONTHS.

-Fun work Environment - cool and innovative products - fun company atmosphere - Founder of company is an inspirational person and has a lot of passion, good person to work for.

Cons

- Regional management was terrible. At the time they had an executive from Best Buy that was a typical senior manager, took credit for things he didn't do etc. - Corporate needs to find a better way to communicate with it's stores - The stores can become very disorganized. Before I worked there they had no idea how much of a certain product was in stock. - Local store managers often took advantage of system - compensation was a little lower then most retail settings
