      Pros

      I've only joined this company for less than 3 months, and I'm a part time staff. My line manager cares about my well being and offered me monitor and wireless IT equipment before I asked her. My supervisor spends much time to coach me. My other colleagues extend a lot of help to my daily work. I feel very honored to be part of the big family!

      Cons

      As a start up, many platforms are not in place.
