Pros
Lowe's offers good benefits to employees including medical, dental, and vision. They also offer 401k match program and discount on employee stock purchases through payroll deduction. They offer sales specialists the opportunity to increase income by offering commissions on sales and monthly bonuses. Managers are supportive of employee needs and offer guidance and encouragement to aid in employee success.
Cons
The only con I can think of is the flexible work schedule. Although you know when your days off are through the corporate rotation of days off, the hours are wacky and it's hard to get used to. You might work all opens one week, with a close for good measure and then the next week, you work all mids and closes. Your body has a hard time adjusting and even after 5 years, I am not used to it.
