DID NOT TAKE CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC SERIOUSLY. it’s terrible to see how horrid their care for their employees is, specifically in this regard. Changing policies to make life easier and better for higher ups, while hurting those actually working the sales floor and speaking with customers. Took away our scheduling promise of one weekend off a month, which I took this job (after working a M-F) with that promise. Within a week that was changed. My bosses never properly trained me as promised and refused to help when I really needed it. If you can avoid working here, do. If you can’t, be extremely careful. We watched 4-7 anti-union videos every three months, absolutely disgusting. I have a legal disability, my boss consistently made fun of it & my choice to wear a mask since they aren’t social distancing.
