Competent and caring staff, great leadership

Cons

Legacy project is underway toward a nicer and more current hospital so there may be some restructuring at some point, but leadership has been very helpful in keeping staff abreast of all changes.

Pros

Great teamwork, supportive, people are always willing to help, give suggestions, cover for breaks, etc. Mangement supports your involvement in unit and hospital wide committees and recognizes your work. Salary is very competitive and LGH is committed to keeping it that way. I'm never hesitate to voice my opinions, or concerns because I know they will be listened and responded to.

Cons

Right now the Legacy project construction is a hassle for employee parking but it's a small price to pay for what we already have and will have when the new towers are completed.
