LGH is a Magnet hospital that stands behind Magnet principles. There is a heavy focus on nurse driven care. Nurses enjoy greater autonomy, participate in all levels of leadership, provided career support and guidance, and are highly respected.

Cons

I suppose LGH has exactly the same cons as any other facility in healthcare today. They just deal with it a little better.

Downsized and was laid off due to rearranging of staffing.
