The agency has grown in my time, becoming more responsive to team members and investing in their input. Clinical staff provide compassionate care, and many people, administrative and clinical, value their work and adhere themselves closely to the mission.

Cons

Disconnect between both how management views non-management, and how non-management sees management in directing care.

Working with patients and families I consider an honor - my colleagues are team oriented and wonderful to work with - we are drawn to this profession/field of work, as we are passionate about what we do.

Cons

New upper management continues to shift the feel our company into a fear based work place; very disappointed in the political environment that has taken over this fabulous company - this was once such a wonderful place to work; feel like it has been infiltrated by greed and personal ambition.
