Pros

Supportive senior leadership that genuinely cares about employees and the mission. The culture is friendly and centered on helping patients and families. The work has a real sense of purpose, and it's rewarding to know what you do makes a difference. Employees are trusted with a good level of autonomy while still having support when needed. Benefits are solid, and the organization does a good job of recognizing teammates through regular appreciation and celebration of accomplishments. Overall, it's a positive place to build a career if you're looking for meaningful work and a supportive team.

Cons

There are no major drawbacks that stand out, although the parking spaces at the corporate office are very tight.

Pros

Every employee I work with cares deeply about the organization and the community. I work with a great team daily but also with employees on other teams who are eager to help. I am impressed by our benefits and even as a non profit how much is done for employees. Leadership is always coming up with more ways to show employee appreciation and provide them with what they need. Leadership truly cares about every employee.

Cons

with a company growing so fast it is hard to hire all the necessary positions quickly to keep up with the growth.
