The management at Lower is top notch. Not only are they frequently readily able to help, they are also very present and open about goals and performance. Fellow coworkers are also very willing to provide assistance.

Cons

The job in and of itself takes a few weeks to learn, but is made more bearable through training and helpful coworkers.
