I've been working with Lower for over a year now and I absolutely love this place. I began right out of college as an Account Manager with little to no knowledge of the mortgage industry, but under the guidance of the amazing training staff here I was able to pass my NMLS exam within 4 months and was quickly promoted to Loan Advisor. Now I get around 10 Real-Time Zillow/Lending Tree leads daily, so I'm constantly speaking to clients who are looking for the exact products we have. The culture here is second to none, I work with so many fun, like-minded individuals which makes work really enjoyable. Management also frequently hosts happy hours for all employees with complimentary drinks and food. I would recommend Lower to any recent college graduate looking to excel right away. This place gives you all the tools to be successful. I'm extremely happy with where I'm at in life.

Culture is fantastic, we have many company events and coming to work every day is challenging and exciting. Great income potential, with the commission based structure and the high quality leads you can control your income pretty well. As long as you embrace the sales methodology and buy in to the leadership you will do well here. I have been working here for over 3 years and my income has went up each year. They have great support with the operations department to help you grow and make sure if there is a way to get a loan closed they will find it.
