Lower sets the bar for Lenders.. We lend with integrity and are constantly finding new ways to help our clients save money. We treat everyone like they are family.

Cons

Can't meet all of our clients in person. Sometimes there are technical setbacks like all businesses have to deal with.

- Be ready to adapt, smaller company means more changes made quicker when done. - Communication - The good intent is always there, just need to communicate things fully and accurately when a lot is happening. - Moderate - High Stress, part of the industry unfortunately. There are goals to meet. The culture here does make it possible to have fun at work.
