      Pros

      This place is one of a kind. The people here truly care about the goals of their clients just as much as what’s in it for them - which is rare in sales. Goals internally are realistic, and always surround helping as many families buy or refi with the best situation possible. The culture is contagious, and I honestly have fun at work. Wouldn’t have it any other way!!

      None that I can think of unless you are afraid of working hard!!

      Pros

      -The company culture is honestly one of a kind. I genuinely enjoy going to work. They have mastered the work hard play hard mentality. -The training is very hands on. Everyone at the company wants you to succeed so you have endless resources -Very fair pay structure -The people are great -

      Cons

      -The benefits are decent at best
