2yWe appreciate the feedback! We strive to continue growing a successful company but keep our culture as if it were a small company. A place where you look forward to coming into work because you love the people you work with and are passionate about helping people achieve their dreams of owning a home. Our Tech team is making strides into resolving this and finding other ways to improve Encompass and other platforms so that it will create a better user experience.
