I started a year ago and completed the Mortgage-Specific Sales Training Program, which gave me the confidence to pass the SAFE exam on my first attempt and build a strong foundation in sales. What stands out most is the ongoing support and coaching—leadership is invested in your success, and there are real opportunities to continue developing your skills. The culture is fast-paced but collaborative, with teammates always willing to help. Overall, it’s been a rewarding experience and a great place to grow your career.

Cons

You need to be proactive and self-motivated, but that autonomy allows you to truly control your pipeline and income.
