We continue to work on how we can be a transparent company for our employees, and with that improved the communication that is sent out to all employees. we have company broadcasts going out almost every day in addition to weekly operations and sales updates, as well as a monthly company All-Hands for the entire company. We also have a channel in Teams where we post almost daily updates.
