      I'm sorry to hear your experience in our DTC division was not what you hoped for. Payroll follows an employees employment agreement to pay team members all commission earned. In a sales role, we understand how important it is to get paid correctly on your production and want to ensure this is the same for you.       Pros

      The work "Team" means so much more here, there is a willingness to share knowledge and information to and by other departments. We call ourselves being a part of a team but we are all truly a family working towards the betterment and improvement of our family. Team is not just within a departments but it's across all departments, that are working toward the same goals.

      Cons

      There can sometimes be a disconnect in communication, be it from one department to another or senior management to subordinates the communication can to be better.
