-Great people and culture -Opportunity to make good money -Learn a lot

Cons

-Upper management makes changes every 3 weeks - causing more problems almost every time -SalesForce is a disaster -Pricing, processing, and leads are all not great right now - nothing making Lower stick out on the phone other than 5 star reviews which competitors have

Cool office all around. Great food in the cafe. Awesome people here. No micro-management. Exciting growth in sight for the company. Fun organized events.

Cons

The majority of people in sales are dissatisfied with the weak pay; it’s 100% commission as a loan advisor. if the recruiters make it sound like it’s salary plus commission... it’s not, you just get a guarantee of minimum earnings. Operations makes our job harder on a daily basis. Rarely have easy, smooth or unproblematic closings. Literally no sales training, just training on how to follow their script or be compliant with what they want you to say. 10 days of PTO is not enough for how much stress and time outside of work this job requires. The new “upgraded” CRM is quite the encumbrance compared to what we used to use.

I would like to encourage you to reach out to your manager to provide your feedback on how Lower can make the weekly sales trainings more impactful for you. There was some bumps in the road when we changed CRM's to Salesforce. However, we are fully confident Salesforce will allow us to scale and be a great platform for our success long term.

The pay was decent. The position was not what I was used to coming from corporate positions. I really loved helping to get documents together for clients but it was so face paced that I really couldn't give it a personal touch that I'm used to.

Cons

The pace was too fast forme. Just not a good fit.
