-high compensation for hard workers

Cons

-company spends thousands a month on pointless awards, and wonders why the company is going under -will hire you just to fire you at the end of training, because they hired too many people they couldn't afford -will change you hours with little to no notice -will cut company benefits, including insurance, instead cutting reckless spending on big flashy nonsense - not sure they'll make it to the end of the year

Lower recognizes it's high performers with monthly top producer awards. We believe recognizing high performers is important for a high performance culture. This past year was particularly difficult for the mortgage industry and Lower had to restructure departments due to the industry. However, insurance was not cut for any full-time team members.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We put a lot of resources into our new Direct to Consumer Loan Advisors, with many of them joining Lower.com as their first role as a Loan advisor. Our goal is to develop high performance Loan Advisors with career advancement opportunities.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree we have great team members and sales leaders. We're appreciative of our Loan Advisors hard work and understand it's gotten more difficult in the last year due to changes within the industry. Commission within our DTC division factors in cost and number of leads provided, ability to offer competitive rates, etc. We evaluate these factors compared to our competitors and offer a competitive commission structure.
