Underqualified egotistical management. No raises.

Work stability. They won’t fire you because the turnover is so high that they need to keep whoever can stay.

Cons

No raises. Do not believe the comments here from Loyal Source. There is no raise system. Doesn’t matter how many years you worked, how many DBQs you pump out. Management is toxic and defensive whenever any suggestion for improvement is proposed. They are not qualified to be doing this work. That is why the company is a chaos. They don’t know what they’re doing. The hard work of examiners won them their expansion. Still no raise or even a note of appreciation. I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s the worst management I have ever seen.

Onboarding was cohesive and energized. You can truly feel everyone's passion for not just the company but the mission and vision of Loyal Source.

Cons

Not that this is a con but can be seen as one: the company is growing fast! (yay!) If you're not ready for fast-paced and demanding work, then this may not be the place for you.
