Nothing. Food and housing provided but it's horrible.
Cons
Everything.It is not worth it. The money is good but only if you enjoy slaving away. You work 80-95 hours A WEEK and you only get one day off. Good luck getting anything accomplished outside of sleep because that is litterally the only thing you will have time for. I was harassed by 2 male employees and neither of them received any consequences. A "housekeeper" let himself into my bedroom while i was asleep at 11pm and was not given consequences either. The work culture is horrible, everyone plays favorites. They expect you to do almost triple the work without any extra pay. The most unorganized company I have ever encountered. Do not quit your job. Do not work here.
