This is easily the worst company I have ever worked for. Stated that employees will never receive a raise, benefits are marginal (at best), performance is ignored in favor of playing the game and kissing up. If you don't care about people and exist only to tell the people above you how smart and perfect they are, while demonstrating complete incompetence in your role, this is the place for you! If you have a shred of integrity and are motivated to do the right thing, please do not consider working for this company. WORST PLACE I HAVE WORKED

In a contractual landscape there may be times where overtime is requested to keep up with the workload, but with a strong emphasis on work life balance, this is not mandated. The interview experience was not too complicated. My recruiter stayed in touch with me throughout the process. They have a very in-depth onboarding process. The company appears to be experiencing a lot of growth.
