Pros

• Some talented, hardworking colleagues who unfortunately have to endure a chaotic work environment and a lack of job security.

Cons

• The C-suite is constantly embroiled in infighting and power struggles, leaving no room for actual leadership or meaningful decisions. • The CIO and CISO lack the expertise required in their respective fields, making them ill-equipped to guide the organization. Worse, they disregard the input and expertise of their subordinates, resulting in endless debates and delays over even the simplest issues. This dysfunctional dynamic wastes valuable time and stalls progress across the board. • The company hosts frequent HR events that feel more like brainwashing sessions to keep employees from quitting and to retrain the internal narrative, rather than addressing the real problems-like the multiple raids by federal agencies and the barrage of lawsuits the company faces, including a tragic case where a child died under their care. • Management is obsessed with optics, prioritizing appearance over substance, while the company's reputation continues to crumble due to negative media coverage and legal issues. • Any mention of these legal troubles or the company's failures is met with swift retaliation. I was fired simply for mentioning in passing that the company had been sued in connection with a child's death. • A complete lack of transparency, with leadership punishing open and honest conversations about the company's challenges.

Pros

The people in the office, the location of the office being right by UCF

Cons

Toxic micromanagement, untrustworthy leadership. Will work you to the bone while acting they work hard and play hard when reality then only care about you working from bell to bell sitting at your desk. Also do not take any sick days, you could be removed for that.

Thank you for your honest review. We incorporate this feedback into creating our many trainings for management. We have a hard focus on the negative effects of micromanagement and do our best to combat it at all levels. Loyal Source understands that the contractual world can be taxing in our busy times, we encourage staff to be honest with their direct managers if they need to step away and have incorporated "Wellness Walks" to help break up a busy day in honor of employee well-being. In our bi-weekly leadership meetings we ask management to remind their teams to use their PTO and sick and wellness each quarter. This time is yours to use and we do not want it to go to waste. If this was ever denied for you, that would be a conversation with HR as it is not policy to punish anyone for using their allotted time. We thank you again for your review, and wish you luck.
