      - Great salary - Option to work PRN - Easy work

      Cons

      - Easy work; no challenge, no change - Lack of communication - Lack of experience from leadership - Favoritism; some individuals do whatever they want with zero consequences - The company does not advocate for its team at the worksite - No work-life balance - Not able to get time off when needed - Health insurance cost $600 monthly - No COVID19 pay even though we are on the frontline

      Great people to work with. I really like the kind of people we work with. Everyone is super easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Not enough hours available. Very part-time Great for retired people or someone to make a little extra money. Need to interview people a little more for customer service experience.
