Pros

Easy, manageable schedules once you know what to expect when filling out the DBQ. Great coworkers.

Cons

Company was great - at first. After hiring a business consultant things changed for the worse. Management created an incentive plan, however, fail to provide adequate work and often leave you fighting to earn your pay. The stress and headaches it has caused are not worth it. Managers were told recently to ask staff to put good reviews to counter all the negative reviews - be cautious when reading all the new, happy reviews.

-Willing to hire with minimal experience -lots of professional development trainings and opportunities -good company culture -fridays are half days from home -lots philanthropy efforts to get involved with

-low pay -benefits are mid at best
