Recruiter presented the position in a way that is not at all in line with the reality when you start to work. Literally every detail was incorrect except for the base salary. Number of evaluations per day to make base salary, time allowed to submit them and number of hours on schedule were all way off. Examiner position is basically a 60 hour per week job with base salary more appropriate for a 30 hour per week job. There are supposed to be operation managers but they are not seen. There are supposed to be examiner trainers to help new hires but they are too busy interviewing more new hires to replace the ones leaving due to their feeling tricked in the hiring process
There was a lot of talk about employees forming a union, nonprofessional staff are treated just as badly. I hope they do form a union. Maybe wait until it is unionized to apply.
Their canned responses to comments on here are laughable as they keep doing the same things.
