Cons

Like other law firms, the hours can be long.

The people - from the attorneys to the IT team, the people are what made that firm a good one.

Cons

When many of the partners split up the company back in 2010 - they lost some of the best they had.

A great learning experience for a new area of law

Pros

Good family atmosphere, mentoring is good for young associates, clients are enjoyable. There is the possibility for advancement if you wish but flexible with work life issues.

Cons

Difficult to be in a remote office. Support is not always readily available for simple administrative things. Overall, though it was a great experience and would return if asked.
