Pros

- Lots of job opportunities because so many have left! - Pay and benefits are generally competitive with the market - Lots of location options within manufacturing

Cons

- Upper Management / LELT is completely out of touch with the plants - The HR organization is a dumpster fire; so much has been outsourced that HR struggles to perform basic tasks for employees - There are so many silo'd corporate organizations now and none of them work together or effectively coordinate with the plants

Pros

It’s a job just like all the others.

Cons

There’s a disconnect between upper management and employees. Management is more wrapped up in finding ways for everyone to do more work with little to no compensation for extra efforts. CEO is more concerned with getting everyone back in the office than ensuring talent doesn’t leave the company.
