      In lubys we are all the same, we are like a family working together.

      Easy to get time off Easy to get hired Good discount on the food Equal opportunity for the waitstaff to earn tips Depending on the store, good opportunity for waitstaff advancement

      Company turns its back on the bad behavior of its employees Corporate micro-manages stores and ignores suggestions from anyone below senior management Corporate makes decisions that directly effect the lower-level employees but gives them no resources to deal with negative feedback No longer any opportunity for advancement No apparent vetting process for assistant managers

      You eant to learn how to cook, this is a good place. They show you everything from swords to dessert. Everything its fresh made from scratch.
