Pros

I always had growth opportunities and lots of freedom to try new ideas. Additionally there were always lots of friendly and helpful colleagues that made working together fun and easy. There is flexibility in career paths and I was able to handle different responsibilities in my time at LucaNet so far.

Cons

A lot of freedom also means less instructions. If you cannot work independently at all you might miss guidance and succeed less than you wish.

Thorough training program that continues throughout your time at LucaNet. Plenty of training resources and the flexibility to learn in your own way, with excellent support where needed. UK subsidiary of a successful German company with opportunities for career growth and travelling. The UK team is small so the cross department collaboration is exciting. Each day is different and keeps the job dynamic and interesting.

Cons

The team is growing and solid structures are being established.

Amazing and professional people throughout the organisation, making it an amazing team to be part of.

Cons

Smaller subsidiary of an international company, with offices all over the world. Nonetheless, we work closely with other subsidiaries and our colleagues from the Headquarters in Germany, therefore you still get all the advantages of being part of an international company.
