Good place to start the career as software developer

Pros

1. Good exposure to the C++ software development and Good platform to improve the coding skills 2. You will get good hike if you perform well 3. Maintains good employee- employer relationship 4. Management is very open to have discussions on the employee problems and resolve it

Cons

1. Salary is never given on-time 2. Office politics is more than work 3. Gender equality is not assured among all employees 4. No enough trainings are provided for freshers 5.Not making sure that are team leaders good enough to run the team( Sometimes prejudgment of team leaders about the team members affects on dividing tasks among members) 6. Frequent travel with short notice
