Leadership integrity. Missing of properly defined processes, and protocols. Lack of program operational knowledge. Inability to directly communicate with leadership. No Manager / Leadership accountability.

Toxic work environment due to a clueless power hungry leadership. It feels like working on a Game of Thrones episode. They think that trying to be a wannabe Tesla will make them successful. The engineering team is super arrogant and unhelpful. They operate like a country club with a handful of early employees going about their own merry ways without any accountability or answerability. Salary not in line with average Bay Area total compensation.
