      -Great engineers -Great cross functional team members

      Cons

      -No work life balance -Pay is mid -Blame game is constantly pushed and everyone is looking out for themselves - Very high turn over (had 4 different mangers in less than a year) -Priorities change on a weekly basis -C-suite is out of touch and spends more time ensuring they get their bonuses than making good business decisions. They have no problem promoting themselves and then doing mass layoffs weeks later. - Constantly hiring more high level managers instead of lower level employees to get the grunt work done. -Management is critical of everything and never appreciative of hard work. -Culture is all but gone

      - Engaging work, really cool product. - latitude to move out of your core area, or move up if you make the right connections

      Cons

      - terrible culture, political, blame seeking - lots of favoritism being played - need to look out for yourself - management team elevated out of tenure or retention, poor management skills / management training -monolithic teams/ team members - common to see hiring of all same ethnic background etc. - poor executive direction

      Higher market pay, great learning experience, fast-paced, hands-on, awesome product

      Cons

      fast-paced with pressure from management to sacrifice quality poor management with blaming with no accountability for leadership Love to overwork its employees hires outside of US, possibly to encourage overworking compared to locals who prefer work-life-balance Leadership does not embrace team work, pointing fingers to other teams for issues. Too much ego and pride, including individuals thinking they have more credibility than others to act unprofessionally
