      Amazing coworkers and excellent Licid Air

      Cons

      Car Sales are in the dump and Peter and Eric continue to receive pay raises and more stocks. The rest(employees) get the crumbs. While Peter and Eric live in million dollar homes.

      Pros

      Cars are simply amazing and Lucid has an opportunity to be a force in EV.

      Cons

      Zero work-life balance. Constant calls lead by those who point fingers and have minimal automotive experience. Everyone is in a constant state of stress due to the toxicity. Lucid fix for all problems - daily calls where everyone prepares decks for and wastes time, calls are non-productive finger pointing sessions, calls increase through weekends, and then 2x a day.

      Good people, bad management.

      * Coworkers are amazing, smart, and dedicated. * Decent pay.

      Cons

      * There is no work-life balance. * Daily change to the amount of work needed, * Terrible business plan. * Bad management. * No reward or any real recognition for hard work. * Favoritism * Once management realizes people are people and not machines and slow down, they are no longer a favorite.
