      The people there are all very kind and helpful. Pay is decent Startup will be a part of history

      Vaccine Mandate Long Hours Lack of inclusion in management Some employees lack critical thinking,-not everyone may be qualified for the role they are in DOES NOT PRACTICE HAVING A COVID-SAFE ENVIRONMENT!!!! Too many people in office Constant covid outbreaks- Just because everyone working is vaccinated does not protect ANYONE from contracting or spreading COVID. No social distancing in office.

      - There is no consequence if you are lazy or incompetent and this is demotivating the other people in the team and holding the company back. - Management is distant from the engineers - More managers than there is engineers

      Hindsight is 20/20. You read previous reviews about management and you think "how bad can it be?". Well, I'm looking for another job. It's bad.
