      Pros

      Massive amount of super engaging work, huge impact on people's lives, lots of freedom to hire/lead my team to meet targets

      Cons

      Not a con for me, but lots of ambiguity, pivoting, re-prioritizing, which is typical in this growth stage. Those who prefer predictable work , and enjoy routines, may want to consider other opportunities.

      Definitely a workplace to sharpen your skills.

      Cons

      It doesn't matter if you work hard brown nosers always succeed. Management has favoritism and double standards for some employees especially if your English. Theres is alot of employees who are just there to collect a check and do not produce much. Yet they free ride on your accomplishments

      Pros

      Executives are very transparent! They have been doing a great job with COVID and other safety aspects of the team. They seem to care about their employees versus the other EV company in the area. Some swag, soon to be free EV charging, empowerment of the workforce, exciting culture and products!

      Cons

      Teams are still working slightly in silos but its changing since teams are starting to understand the importance of cross-functional groups. Prior to Shelter In Place, WFH wasn't a reality but the company is starting to change this. Company is still on a budget (understandable) but they try to give out swag, snacks, etc. Compensation is reasonable but not on the upper tier. Projects are starting to become overwhelming and help is needed.
