      Pros

      Expertise from management is unparalleled. I have learned so much in such a short amount of time. If you have an idea, you are given opportunities to run with it. A true startup culture in all of the good ways and none of the bad. Better compensation than other software companies in the area.

      Cons

      A lot of ambiguity as the company grows and roles change. To be honest, this may be just as much of a pro as it is a con.

      Pros

      They only hire the best of the best. They care more about your raw talent than what you have done in the past. They then train you to do the job properly.

      Cons

      There is still plenty of ambiguity in the organization and assignments. You need to be proactive in order to really make an impact on the company.

      Pros

      There are so many great things about working here: - Great Co-workers. They strive to make sure everyone is a good fit for the culture and a hard worker. - Everyone contributes. There is a strong point that everyone's input is valuable. - Good work-life balance. I have never had trouble taking a day off when I needed/ wanted it. - 2 month paid maternity (3 months total), 3 weeks paid paternity - Food. There is always a stocked kitchen. - Annual retreats

      Cons

      - Still working on defining roles and opportunities for growth. It is in the transition from start-up to company. Definitely improving though. - Everyone is highly qualified, so there is a strong sense of needing to prove yourself.
