      Pros

      Amazing culture with amazing people.

      Cons

      There’s been some growing pains. Splitting books every year but that’s because they’ve had to change the way things are structured to support a maturing sales org. Overall it’s been a great experience.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      My coworkers and managers were some of the best people I’ve ever worked with and regularly keep in touch with. Lucid has a very good reputation in the Utah tech community, and having that on my resume has proved beneficial several times.

      Cons

      Pay didn’t seem to scale with seniority as well as I would have liked, changing jobs meant a significant raise, and I wish it hadn’t been that way.

      Great Company, but not necessarily for everyone

      Pros

      Outstanding company perks and culture. Free food, company activities, the best hardware and software for your work. They use world class tools and processes to deliver a product that is pushing the limits of web technologies.

      Cons

      Lucid expects a lot out of its employees and will prefer those who give more hours and more effort. If you are willing to put in the time, there is plenty of opportunity for career advancement.
