      I've never worked at a company that cares more about me reaching my goals than they do about me working toward the company's goals. They fundamentally believe that if I'm doing what I'm interested in, I'll bring value to the company.

      There are only 168 hours a week you could feasibly spend working there

      Pros

      People that are hardworking, "make things happen" sort of people will thrive here. They will have loads of satisfying challenges to overcome on a regular basis, with plenty of room to make a real impact.

      Cons

      If you're not that type of person, you may find yourself overwhelmed.

      Pros

      They hire smart people and let them do their jobs rather than make them do their job. Best company culture I have ever experienced and I have had the pleasure of working at some really fun companies. Creativity encouraged from anyone in the company and everyone's opinion is valued.

      Cons

      Work hours can be long some days, but we all do what we do out of love for the products we are building.
