      Pros

      -Product is intuitive and customers like it but it can be a bit boring to learn -Fun company atmosphere -Good benefits

      Cons

      -Either Micromanaged or under managed in sales and too much politically motivated management. -A lot of over promising and under delivering to customers and trying to up sell customers benefits they most of the time don't want or need. -A lot of internal competition between customers self serving products online and the sales team trying to sell.

      Pros

      Co-workers were very friendly and willing to give advice and mentorship as needed. Management was readily available and willing to listen to problems and suggestions. Company is very flexible when dealing with restrictions due to personal life.

      Cons

      The culture is influenced heavily by the fact that most employees have children are very family oriented. This may be a positive thing for some people but not for me.

      Pros

      They only hire the best of the best. They care more about your raw talent than what you have done in the past. They then train you to do the job properly.

      Cons

      There is still plenty of ambiguity in the organization and assignments. You need to be proactive in order to really make an impact on the company.
