      Pros

      Working with a bunch of great and smart people. Overall fantastic culture

      Cons

      Pay is definitely toward the low end of the pay range. Leadership will point to lower cost of living in Utah, but costs in Utah have been rapidly rising and salary ranges have fallen behind. Some of the best benefits have also been slashed over the years

      Great company, horrible leadership depending on team

      Pros

      Fast growing company with alot of financial stability. Company is within the "Cool" category of tech companies, standard for Venture Capitalist backed companies (Lucid has been primarily Venture Capitalist backed, but now PE). Get to meet and work with other bright people, and culturally most are usually a good fit.

      Cons

      Pay is below average for most jobs here. Depending on the specific role, you will be micromanaged and have extremely unrealistic expectations set. Late nights, nothing but critique and zero acknowledgement and praise for the achievements.

      Worked alongside very genuine people

      Cons

      They lost sight of strategy and hung on too long to transactional, spray and pray motions. Culture really dwindled after that and so did leadership ownership. I can’t even count how many colleagues reached out burnt out from the pressure, which is why I left.
