      Great people, very poor pay

      Pros

      Great people who are organized and have high expectations. I rarely dislike anyone I work with, and have made awesome professional and personal relationships and Lucid.

      Cons

      Sadly they pay very poorly, and keep all of their compensation scales and offers private. People are starting to leave, including myself, because of it. Promotions are super difficult as well, which means you’re in a standstill if you’d like to move up or make more money.

      Pros

      The people are great, and work life balance is solid.

      Cons

      Not an enterprise ready solution by any means. Average deal size is 2-3k and reps essentially sell on pricing/contract structure. Our suite is a great product but not business critical enough to roll-up to executes/C-Suite folks so that we can sell to strategic company initiatives. The motion here always has been and is very much still PLG - Selling on use-cases to small user groups and/or selling on price/contract structure to IT.
