Pros

The people that I work with. Can coast for the most part.

Cons

Lucid presents itself as a beacon of ethical business practices and fairness, but the reality is starkly different. Teamwork over is non existent. Despite our public claims of integrity and inclusivity, Lucid operates with a significant disconnect between our stated values and actual behavior. Management consistently plays favorites, creating a toxic work environment where only select employees are given opportunities for growth and recognition. As a result, morale is in the dumps, and talented people are leaving. If you’re considering joining Lucid because of all the fake 5 star reviews, be prepared for a work culture that falls short of its promises.

Pros

If you are 50+ miles away from HQ you can work remotely.

Cons

Company is under new management and CEO since early 2022. Company culture, expectations, and internal growth has halted to a stop. Budgets have been cut including employees.

Pros

Great benefits included. Paid health insurance including dental and vision. Cool perks like a company-wide retreat in June every year. Small perks like two catered lunches per week and a stocked kitchen. Great office space.

Cons

Internal politics has started to run rancid through the organization as it has grown. Some of the managers are not qualified and are not true leaders but some are as well. The politics started to wear on the culture of the company that was once great. Generally speaking, it seems like they don't pay competitive salaries for the industry.
