This company hits a sweet spot in size—big enough to have stability and resources, but small enough that your voice really matters. I’ve been lucky to work with some really smart, kind, and thoughtful people. There’s a strong culture of feedback here—people don’t shy away from giving it, and it’s usually coming from a good place. If you’re someone who values honesty and wants to grow, you’ll probably thrive. There’s also a lot of flexibility and autonomy. You’re trusted to do your job and make things better, which I appreciate.

Cons

It’s not perfect—there are still areas where things could be more aligned or clear across teams. That said, there's a strong desire across the org to keep improving, and people tend to take ownership and accountability seriously. I’d love to see the overall vision and direction become even more cohesive as we grow.
