Pros

Development group among the best ever - very knowledgeable and talented. Lots of flexibility in deciding daily tasks.

Cons

High turnover, particularly of senior management. Each new group sets new strategy and the same problems are discussed over and over.

Great people, exciting space. Open Source and Big Data are very promising, and the technical team is very innovative, creative, productive and articulate.

Cons

Lack of process maturity, lack of leadership. Previous generation of leaders did a lot of damage to corporate culture; current leadership fixing it, but not all there yet.
