Pros

Lucidworks has a great family feel to the company culture. It's a terrific place to work with many talented and and fun to work with people. The problems we we solved were tough and rewarding when completed. There were a ton of good snacks, the ping pong and outings were always nice to unwind after a long day at work.

Cons

The sale was a touch heavy with professional services in the beginning of employment, but management worked hard to change that through a focus on building a terrific product.
