Pros

Used to be fun job that was ruined by current ownership.

Cons

The company's business practices have been unethical since they took over and they have now been exposed as illegal with the latest publicity regarding the multiple age discrimination claims with the EEOC. They are a shining example of how not to treat the people that make them their money

Pros

The Co-workers are here are great. That's it, so this is to waste the 20 word minimum because there are no more pros.

Cons

Well, I'm never given a full 30 minute lunch without being interrupted and am never compensated. Pretty sure that's a state law. I'm a union worker doing other people's job, only the management gets bonuses, not the hard working servers and mechanics. Upper management doesn't give a crap about their employees. The sales ladies over book us for the staff we have, which in turn causes bad reviews, then we get yelled at.

Pros

Fun environment Free bowling Ok pay-scale Paid vacation Decent health care benefits Younger environment Good for starting as a first job

Cons

Bonus goal are rarely achievable "Tradition" tier centers are given little attention compared to higher tier centers in regard to getting renovations or newer equipment. Scoring systems that are 20+ years old that are difficult and buggy Have fun taking a week of vacation as there is barely enough coverage manager wise Vacation hours don't equal whole weeks, given 42.5 per week when it takes 52 for full week vacation
