Pros

Discount bowling (if you like that) but unfortunately not much more then that for part-time/hourly.

Cons

The Company as a whole is cheap and upper management rarely visit the centers unless they are top tier. Employee benefits (25% F&B discount and $1 games) suck due to the already high prices and aren't much more than what regular (league) customers receive (20% off F&B and $2 games). Center management gets it a little better but not by much (free meals and games). Full time Shifts/Management have NON-MATCHING 401k options and whatever cheap healthcare plans they can get for the lowest price. Upper management is entirely focused on bonuses and in-company standings. They also never listen to their front line employees, and will run them out the door with the politics of the operation. You can also forget about being rewarded for good work: promotions are entirely based on playing politics, along with the luck of who above you quits or gets fired next. Will run employees into the ground in order to better profits

Pros

Training pre-opening was all inclusive, very hands on, extremely fun.

Cons

They sell you a dream. The manager was horrible, he used us to open and then basically fired everyone for very minor issues, or unclear ones. I would work 8 hours, no break if I didn't practically beg, there are no punch out times, you could literally be there all day. Not one person I started with is still there except the head manager. Even the assistant managers have had enough I suppose.

Pros

The league bowlers, but Bowlmor seems to be weeding them out too.

Cons

They don't care about their people. The will short staff the alley in order to make more money. They say they are league friendly, but care more about the open play bowlers. Prices are too high.
